We strive to deliver the products you ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the delivery time to the shipping company is 3 business days as specified in the product details. In case of a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed. To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide your current location as the delivery address. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you selected at the end of your order. Once your orders are confirmed, they will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days. You may consult our customer representative to discuss different delivery conditions.

Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor is informed at the end of the payment page. In case of any error in the specified address, and if delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be contacted. The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is placed. We are as responsible to the bank whose credit card system we use as we are to the customer for the completion of the delivery.

Please Note!
If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the courier. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and request a report to be prepared by the shipping company. Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties properly.

If the product is damaged:
Please report the prepared damage report as soon as possible to info@osmanlioud.net. Once you complete this process, we will start investigating the issue with your package and arrange for redelivery as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you wish to return the product in this email, it will help us with our review process.
